Well, this whole new submission system is odd and weird and new. Let's hope I'm doing this rightly! o.OUh, I've had my 'character' of sorts - called 'Pseudolonewolf' - as a sort of anthro turquoise dragon for ages, but I don't know why*; I neither like nor can draw anthros.
So for a while I've been planning on making him or it or whatever into a more betterer dragon form. And I finally got around to doing it!
But this is drawn really rushed and rough and sloppily, with questionable anatomy... I'm also not so sure about most of the... well, everything. Especially that 'armour' or whatever it's supposed to be on the legs, and the size of the wings is too small, I think (though I didn't want them to cover the tail...).
And I'm not sure what that facial expression was meant to be. o.O
Eh, so I'll redraw/redesign this later. Maybe.
(Says I now, then never does... Like with all those other things I still need to draw!)
Also, the pose is bland, yes. It wasn't supposed to be dynamic or interesting; it was just supposed to show off the design. Or something.
...I NEED TO ADD SOMETHING STOAT-RELATED TO IT!!
Heheh... I know what it could've been too... So, in the next design, then!
* Actually, I do, but it's not like anyone cares.

I don't quite understand how anyone could not love it. Especially the wings! They done so wisely! Every dark blue line must have taken so much thought on where to place it. And I love the curved lines moving up and down the wings, making them seem so transparent and leathery... it's just so out there and different... good job! Keep doing what your doing!

Ditto to basicly what everyone has already said. But I'll sum it up myself.
I really like they Dragon over-all. The Icy look is cool and he is original (something I'm struggling with). The wings are a little small, but they still look good. They left hind leg sticks out towards the back a little much, and is a little to straight. The armour is a cool look and doesn't take too much away from the Dragon and the head is really well done. *thumbs up*

Actually, I was planning on drawing a picture of 'Pseudolonewolf' recently which was a wolf, standing amongst a crowd of other wolves, saying "I'M SO ALONE!! LOOK AT HOW MUCH OF A LONER I AM AND STUFF" (to another wolf) and one of the other wolves was saying "but, uh... you're not alone at all, you LAWYER".
Which was silly, because 'liar' and 'lawyer' don't even sound the same in my accent.
Tsk.

for stoatness you could make it one of those japanese dragons... they're long a thin like stoats
anyhow I love the crystalish armour, it is verynicelyodne x-x; I think the only anatomical problems are the hind legs, the thigh-shin-foot looks a little odd.
anyhow otherwise, I like this dude.

Also, heh, my anatomy that I draw is always rather crappy. BUT! In, uh, defence I say "it annoys me that people put so much emphasis on believable anatomy! I mean, was Picasso a crappy painter because his anatomy was innacurate?!?"
His style was different though. But WELL.
Also, yes, Picasso had some 'inaccurate anatomy', IF YOU KNOW WHAT I MEAN!!!

I don't care all that much about anatomy... I mean, I try to make things resemble creatures that could feasibly exist, but I don't spend hours practicing how to draw legs or anything like that...

although i feel wierd about posting again, i really like the wings on this. not so mucht he wongs, but the main arm bone of the wing. it gives me quite a few ideas....ill have to try draw something...

hmm this is good. id comment more but i seem to be having a SHIT day. not so much what happens but i think im about to get a whole lot better at drawing very soon. i always get this feeling before that.
i keep looking at my work now and i get angry with it all becasue i know i can do it so much better. even though ive only drawn all this over the past week or so. everythign looks so unproffessional all of a sudden and everythign i liked has completely changed in my mind. i dont know why though. all i know is that it all suddenly looks crap and i feel like a VERY crap attempt at an artist.... i dont know why...
anyway, thats enoguh about myself. so yeah i think you did ok. the back left leg (closest to the viewer) is really anoying me though, other than that its good...however there is somethign else i cant put my finger on.
oh and lastly, i like the expression. looks like its anoyed with everything in general, hah, well it IS your avatar character..
