Surely things like this are the path to improvement!I've spent several hours today doing these gesture drawings... I started with 30 second ones, but gradually built up to these, which took 3 minutes each.
They're all from photo references, selected randomly and with a timer, using a program that I made to do just that.
I feel like I'll have to do BILLIONS of these before I can draw poses fluidly from my imagination!
Anyway, they're not much to look at, but I get inspired by quick drawings like this by other people, which is why I'm uploading this!

I feel the same way, these pages of sketchy things are awesome. Yours are equally amazing. I love the smooth way you got the poses to... um... flow? With the exception of some of the more exaggerated ones, they all look really natural. Kudos!~

Dem womens ;w; I can definitely see the improvements, Wolf! Honestly, I can't get my anatomy worth crap because mostly of proportioning and the stature, but you look like you got a handle of it!
