The details on this piece are just exquisite and show off a lot of raw art basics.
Starting from the top to bottom -
The clouds in the background actually give a lot of perspective as they grow in number towards the horizon. Next the balloons veil of dripping water express how they have recently surfaced from the water. And also the calm waves in the center and the waters meniscus make it appear as if it's taking place far off shore. Now under water there is some very impressive lighting along with equally powerful shadows. While the aquatic botany runs rampant and achieves a similar effect as the clouds as they grow in number away from the horizon. And lastly the sublime application of juxtaposition of colors, blue in the middle, and black at the top and bottom.
Overall a remarkably executed piece.

Another thing i noticed was she appears to have some sort of mark or tattoo near her submerged ankle but i could not make out what it is. I think naming it something like "Divergence" or "Anchored" would also make for a nice title.

I love the concept, it is so unique and beautifully executed. The models positioning reminds me of aerial silks and the whimsy of the circus or some sort of underwater wonderland. The detail of the water dripping off of the balloons is a little overdone in my opinion; it needs to be more delicate so not as to distract from the figure below.

There is a lot of water on balloons what mean they popped up very fast and it would make huge splash and waves on water surface. And it doesn't look deep enough for them to be under water in first place.
Image would look much better and realistic if balloons would be dry.
