Well I hadn't done a vector in awhile, and I got this really great idea for one...WE have been having tons of Smog Alerts, and on a really bad day even in my area about an hour out of the city you can still see the wonderful, smoggy haze blocking out the buildings.
I've got a thing for smileys, so I decided what the hell lets go for it.
Time - In total I'd say about 10 hours... I between FF9 and sleeping
Program(s) - Illustrator and Photoshop for the text.

Very Cool, The coloring makes it feel smoggy. The Yellow mask gives it a radioactive type feel too. The cartoony mask feel is good for it too makes it a humorous type as well.

I'm really thinking of making this my Wallpaper for my computer, What I really want to do is show this to my teachers.... and hopefully make it a poster and what not... that I can put up on my school

Nice. It's a good sarcastic way of saying this stuff isn't good.
The 'have a nice day' line works really well and the smiley is done really cool (they should use it in shoutboxes and all like a real emoticon on here if there isn't already one).
The background is good too, I like it.
