I love the lighting for this and the fact that it's in black and white makes it all the more interesting. To me it comes off as a lot more grim than you probably intended it, because with no facial expressions he looks a bit scary...like he's up to something.
I really like how it's set up. I agree with the previous comment though, the chairs in the background do kind of takes away from the image. Great job though!

I agree with you on the chairs... I would have set it up better, but alas taking pictures of kids is a little crazy at times. Colin is a little trouble maker, I was trying to give me that innocent yet "I'm going to do something bad" kinda feel... glad you got that
