"Ye Olde Tree" Version 2

This happens to be one of the oldest recorded fractal trees in existance, and as u can tell it has seen better dayz.....

I re-rendered this at 3200x2400 then scaled it back down, added frame and sig as im entering it in the Apophysis' weekly theme contest - TREES

I like how in the small view it looks very organic and kinda dirty or grimy, but then in large view it's almost metallic and sorta synthetic/futuristic looking. Like the juxtaposition of this impression of very old intertwining root systems, and modern technology. If that makes any sense.

I just took the time to click through all 62 links and noticed that in some lot's of images are missing. I have a feeling that they removed those which they got complaints for. Maybe write to them and threaten them or try to make a good deal with them These nasty thieves at [link] who aparently are busy rippers too charge sfr. 4.-- for a mobile backgrounds that they have stolen!
