the background is amazing.
it shows the darkness of it but yet the sun. "the good stuff".

The angle bothers me. The American Flag should never look subordinate to any of the service (or, for that matter, state) flags. I imagine the Sgt would know much more about that than I do, though.

well, the flag isnt supposed to look subordinant, in flying it was actually larger and higher, its just that the usmc flag is in the foreground.... and i suppose its hard to see the depth there but the american flag was much further back.
