If you love detective stories, noir fiction, and anthropomorphic characters (particularly black cats) then you'd totally love this. There are 3 existing graphic novels (all in French) and one sketch book. the latest one hasn't been translated into English yet. I will try not to kill people just to get the book. haha.... XD

I bought it like 6 or 7 month ago, the spanish version got out really quickly, I suppose because one of the autors is spanish.
but now I'm lookg for the sketchs books >_< but I can't find them

there's one sketch book as far as i know... i've got a copy (and i just chanced upon it in a comic shop also!). it's got an interview and plenty of Guarnido's pencil work... i just think there needed to be more sketches of Blacksad himself in there! hee... hope u can find it also ne... it's a gd bk. specially for the interview n notes~

yes... but i think u can find it in the national library. i ordered mine from borders. they took almost 10 weeks to get the two books to me... they are precious and will become my heirlooms.... O3O

goodness i don't know O.O is there a 3rd book already? I haven't been keeping up... but if there's a translation... it'll probably take some time to be printed and things... how exciting! XD
