Coff... well. There is this thing I'm working on while I'm supposed to be doing more urgent things because work is slightly depressing and comics are always more fun <_<" stories are always more fun...

If you ever wanted to know what Ohm and Squid currently look like without their masks on, this is pretty much the idea. They are not human. The humanoid forms they take on are out of necessity. Convenience. And for their protection as well. They're ordered to do so by the authorities of the Dream State because of their destructive capabilities/potential.

Joe does give them time to 'be themselves' in a great big cavern under Flux Studios, because being crammed into an average sized human form for too long can make giant creatures really tetchy. Squid adjusts much more easily to the shift in size and form cos he's squishier and more adaptable to change. He's also been introduced to this humanoid form much earlier than Ohm. Ohm isn't as squishy (lookit all his spiky bits), and as such is quite irritable, in much discomfort, is hyper aware of things and prone to lashing out. He's trying to get that under control (not always successful). Squid being around does help him to relax (most of the time) and stay on point. Also, if Ohm does go out of control, Squid is more than capable of taking down the rampaging monster.
