I thot i shuld put something up ^_^An idea partially involving Roald Dhal's awsome story, The BFG.
I love that story to bits, and the animation even more.
Practicing sequential art. Forgive the scruffy stuff ne
Was concentrating on the gestures and angles more than making it pretty... for now... There also isn't much of a solid story here... The sequence sorta just... happened.The BFG has been killed.
Sophie is devestated and crying her eyes out.
The evil Giants, Nightmare Creatures and other strange beings feel the unbalance in the world... in their favor.
Joe and the Dream Agents comfort her and look for clues.
Would love to make this into a finished piece with proper linework n coloring
we'll see what happens.

I think it looks great as a simple rough WIP , becuase you can read how the story flows together very smoothly. If you do finish it up I would recomend to keep it simple, but then again I don't know how you gonna work off these sketches? What are you plans now with it?

planning to turn these sketches into finished works (with color). need to practice doing such things... making proper sequential artwork. ^__^ i hardly ever did that before XD
mmm simple is good in some cases... will see what happens nya~ ^_^ this project is kinda upredictable at the moment XD

Although I think some people should go with there own flow and not be held down by limitations. I can't wait to see your finished pages

^__^ thanks man. seen this in a bookshop... might get it sooner or later... need to learn how to do proper sequential artwork.. at least... i need to understand the theories n stuff in a more solid way. know the rules before u can break them. that kinda thing X3

The expressions look great and XD althoug the explanation is brief it has piqued my interest TT if this was a published commic i'd buy it. - has run out of good comics to read lately-

Wow sounds pretty heav, but awesome! I also liked the animation, but the thing was I was a little kid when I saw it and I totallyforgot the thing until you brough it up, it was very pretty. Good luck!!N ^^

woo! thanks man : ) The animation was gorgeous (or what i remember of it. things always look super from a kid's point of view X3)... Very fantastic stuff... the scenerys & new ideas drew me in very much.... hehe... bubbles that float downwards X3 giants eating kiddies... blowing dreams through a trumpet...... geh... Roald Dhal is a genius X3 k. am ranting XD kyaaa~~~ +goes to read the book again+
