PK Style, which doesn't mean it's any good.Here is how I colour faces in OC1, sorry the file is big > FullSize to view it but beware!
(the same basics apply to photoshop and painter. Find a colour brush you like, make a pallete, colour on a multiply layer,and blend it in).
I wasn't sure wheather to add hair colouring too but it isn't there,the file is big enough, but if anyone is interested in that I could add it.

hurrah! ironically enough, that's a technique i was going to try for my next colored piece (i don't have much experience coloring my stuff yet, and i was really afraid of the watercolor tool at first...

It's actually the one I found that works the fastest. I could colouran entire face in elss than 15 minutes like this if i needed to.
