tryin out a new experimental style i can offer as cheap commissions, based off:
basically a strictly black and white, unshaded rending of your char. a possible alternative for ppl who want a cheap commission that isnt just a sketch.
i think they will be around $8
females now have tendrils (albeit thinner than males) due to landslide vote

How are we supposed to tell difference between male and female Psyraps now? If both have tendrils.

well the female tendrils will be longer and thinner, whereas the males are thick and a bit shorter (similar to oryx). also females still have a tail fan. there will also prolly be a size difference as well i just cant decide which gender needs to be taller for the story.

Has the female tail fan changed yet? or staying the same? Hmm, the males cld be bigger, or like Hyenas and dinos, the females cld be bigger. depends which road u wish to travel.

But just to say, I've read that females of a few mammal/non mammal species are bigger than males, because they need extra room to make/carry offspring

well it was my original intention to make female psyraps larger (since they were originally kinda suppose to be the "hyenas" of their planet) however i think it would make them too similar to the yez, where the females are already taller than their male counterparts. and theres already too many people who think the yez and psyraps are the same :/

How can people think they're the same I could tell the species apart the first time I saw them
About the bigger females;
I think it'd really depend on type of offspring...eggs wouldn't need as much space as an embryo

lol yea its once again the conflict of design between yez and psyraps. the yez design has priority over psyraps due to their much bigger role. since the yez do not give birth to fully developed young, then that means the psyraps WILL, in order toa have differentiation between the species.

like sumthing between live birth and eggs, they are born encased in a womb-like sac that hardens once exposed to air. this is true for most if not all sentient species on the planet.

Those look really awesome. On this one I really like the gradient(?) shading on the legs and how there aren't any lines to connect the designs on the horns. My favorite has to be the devil/angel of the three you've posted though, I like the shadows crawling out from the devil's body.
