I've been working on this on and off for a few days...still really ill so I cant do much at one time...I do realize that there is anatomy flaws in this but don't point them out please
I like the overall feeling and this was my first time using this particular type of cell-shading. too much time consuming so I'll probably not use it again(made completely in photoshop, sketch, inking ..everything)
this is Princess TuTu from the anime with the same name., I havent seen it yet but I know I will love it. It has every ingredient of things I like (even one of my fav charadesigners) so I'm very sure of it.

Her name is Ahiru, which is Japanese for duck, or Duck in the dub, but she transforms into Princess Tutu.
