Description
Remember how 1776 is one of the best musicals ever? Les Miz might've been my first favorite musical, Fiddler on the Roof might've been the play that made me want to act, but 1776 turned me onto my love of showtunes. I made a bunch of really simple banners a while back and thought I'd share the good ones with everyone. These guys are the three original founding fathers, in my mind. Nope, you just can't beat Benjy, JAdams, and T-Son.

My family and I love it too. We watch it every 4th of July. I couldn't, however, convince any of my history teachers to show it in class. It made me sad.

Awwww. Well, the class probably wouldn't appreciate a good film like that anyway.

I can't believe no one commented on this. One of the best songs besides Piddle Twiddle and Resolve and Sit Down John.....
"Yes we can tell, tell, tell on this humid Monday Morning in this congressional incubator and just as Tom here has written though the shell may belong to great britian the eagle inside belongs to us."
Jeffereson wanted the Dove as the bird for America and Adams wanted the eagle for 2 brownie points what did Franklin want the bird to be?

Yes. It's a majestic and noble creature. I love this musical. Used to use He Plays the Violin for my auditions when I was in middle/high school.

Awesome. That songs way too high for range. "Molasses, Rum, and Slaves" is sort of more in my singing range (Hurray for alto twos!).

That's a good song as well. It really shows what the south was thinking during that time in history.
I think the funniest song in the soundtrack is the Lees of Old Virgina song...he's so full of himself its too much
