Description 1) Raul Esparza = Have you seen Company? Did you watch the Tony's? If not, then I can understand if you are oblivious to who this man is. He is amazing! He has the voice of an angel! This picture isn't really the most, erm, attractive one of him. I have really good pictures of him not being in Company, but I really wanted to use one of him in the show. I just want to get up, fly to New York, and see this show. Right now. My favorite song, by far, is "Being Alive." It's actually the only song from the show I really listen to a lot. It's... it's so gorgeous. Only when he sings it. It can make me cry and it can take my breath away. I love it.

2) Michael Cerveris = My one and only. By far the best actor on Broadway. He's not given enough credit for his worth. I really was rooting for him for Best Actor this year, I just sort of knew he wasn't going to get it (I swore Raul or John would get it). But that's okay, because I love him and if I ever go to the Tony's (hopefully some day!) I will rig it so he wins, even if he's not nominated! I love this man, and I love this picture of this man!

3) One Act cast = I miss them oh so much. That was probably my favorite part of Junior year. Even better than getting into the school musical! They were such an amazing cast. We had so many inside jokes, from Potter porn to "we put the Geo in George" to Brynne being an angry History teacher! Gah. Good times, good times. (btw, i'm the one on the very far left.)

4) Ashland = Ah. My true home. And in a year and a couple months I will be living there. I can barely believe it. I can't wait to go at the end of August. This picture's of the Elizabethan stage. Gorgeous. Absolutely.

5) Stephen Sondheim = Okay, so Andrew Lloyd Webber may be the king of Broadway, but Stephen Sondheim's God of Broadway! His musicals are all so amazing! How can one man have so much talent?

6) Stewart and Colbert = Why aren't they real politicians? Then maybe Jon could run for office, with Stephen as his vice president! I'd vote for them! Wouldn't you?

7) Rocky Horror Picture Show = Best cult classic ever! Nothing beats watching Tim Curry strut around in a corset and fish net stockings singing "Sweet Transvestite."

8) Alice/Reggie = Anyone who's a fan of should know this picture, but if not let me explain: "When Curious Met Insane" is a livejournal group dedicated to the love between The Mad Hatter and Alice. Sounds creepy, right? Yeah, that's what I thought at first too. But it's the way she draws the characters and the way her friend, Rain, tells the story. Gah, you'd have to read it to understand. Click here to go to the LJ community, or just click to check out Bri's pictures.

9) Geoffrey Rush = So, I have a confession to make. It's been quite obvious the past couple days. In truth, many of my friends should have seen the signs. The constant rantings. The changing of my myspace name to "Mrs. Barbossa". The use of the word husband all the time. So, here's my confessions... I am officially in love with Geoffrey Rush. Ack, there, I said it! Laugh, point, whatever, I've got a gang of girls from the board on imdb.com that would back me up! Sure, the majority of them are at leats 10 years older than me, but so what? He is such a TALENTED actor! And for an old guy he doesn't look half bad! ... So yes, I love him. Get over it.

10) PotC 3 = Wow, another Geoffrey Rush related thing! So, as much as some people haven't liked this movie, I absolutely loved it. It was confusing, yes, but I thought it was really well done. I need to go see it again this weekend. I've got five fan fictions going for it. Pintel/Ragetti lives!!!

11) Heroes = Oh my God, the withdrawals are KILLING me! I know it hasn't even been a month but I NEED TO KNOW WHAT HAPPENS NEXT! GAAAAAAAAAAAAAH!

No, I agree completely. I only doodle, really, but I've tried to sketch out Barbossa (Geoffrey Rush) and I've failed all times.

Oh yes, most definitely!

Right now only four of the pictures in the collage are currently my obsessions (Stephen Colbert, Stephen Sondheim, Michael Cerveris, and Geoffrey Rush). I'm obsessed with plenty of other things right now.

Ok, why do I not kno u... That is all the weirdness i love, not to freak you out or anything. Nobody know of Raul Esparza the way they should (I LOVE him in Tick tick boom, and Taboo, the song Petrified gets me teary every darn time!), and Geoffrey Rush does not get the acclaim he deserves... have u seen him in Les Miserables (movie) I NEVER loved Javert so much!

Hehe, yay! I'm always happy to meet someone who shares the same interests as me! I love Raul Esparza! He's got an absolutely gorgeous voice! But I love Geoffrey Rush a million times more! The first thing I ever saw him in was Les Mis and he was amazing!!! Currently, in my History class at school, we're watching the movie Elizabeth which Geoffrey Rush is in, so pretty much everytime he comes on scream I get all excited.

Ahhh, right now I feel that way about Alan Rickman... he is just so... so awesome. Thery are alloy alike you know, he and Geoffrey Rush. They like to play dark evil people (or a combination of the two) and their carriers are much alike... started in theater (If I'm not mistaken they both played Tybolt ay one piont) and went on to do comides (to a certin extent) and spent time in television.
Goodness, I wish my school would do stuffs like that. We couldn't even watch Anne Frank or To Kill a Mockingbird (and they are both so good too) But i don't blame them. Every one knows I have a horrible habbit of eather picking on acting and staying in character or spending the whole movie enlightining people on the actor's entire bio, and the proceeding to quote those movies... of coure that isn't the reason, but I've heard it's powerful annoying... lol

Ooooh, I love Alan Rickman too! He is really awesome! Yup, you're right about Geoffrey and Alan being alike, and your facts are all true! They're both such incredible actors!
Oh my God... I do all of that too! When there's an actor in the movie who can't act/stay in character I rant about them everytime they come on the screen! And when there's an actor I love I blather on and on about other things they've done. Haha, some of my friends find it amusing. Others, meh, not so much.

omg, you said it... amazing. I dunno if I should be glad they dont get the same reconition as actors like say, Brad Pitt, or a little angred. Probly relieved, I mean they are know for their amazing talents and variety while pitts, oh, I mean Pitt is known for his marrages, chest, and one character wich is himself. Yeah, they could never be accused of selling out. Back in the 90s when all they did was like strait to video stuff, did they pull some stunt, no... they did theater untill a better opprtunity arose. I think that kind of diversity is the mark of a true actor, the abily to touch people through all mediums, live on stage, on screen, TV, and now with Mr. Rickman in "Sweeney" through song (and might I just say that the man CAN SING, he's a lovely tennor)
And as you can see above I practically live eat and breath movies and Theater so u can imagive how annoying I am ranting to my friends just what you see here. It actually a very funny scene (may b I'll draw it, good practice with annoyed expressions) and I am so glad that I am not the only one who is the culprit of doing so, lol.
Oh, and it bothers me to no end if i dont kno who an actor is, I litterally will stop the world untill I can get my tail IMDB (the godsend it is) and find out. And of course the whole time I'm all "Come on I kno who that is, don't you... come on yes you do." And then if by some chance the peron does kno who it is they NEVER say the ators name, but "that guy from..." I have no idea why that irritates me so much (espically seince I do it) but it does...

They're both pretty popular, and why shouldn't they be? Action, romance, humor, they've got everything. The majority of my friends like both of them. They're pretty amazing.

3) Gah. <333333
8) I wish I could go on LJ and read the story.
9) Haha, I totally saw that coming. You should talk to Floaty. She had a major thing for him way back when the first one came out. I thought he was attractive as Javert, but not so much as Barbossa.
10) Norryyyyy.

3) I miss it all so much!!!
8) Okay, this summer you are so coming over and you're just going to sit and read all the comics and understand why they are SO FLIPPING CUTE!!!
9) Yeah, I saw this coming too after the movie was over and I kept saying "Barbossa's so cool." Then I went on the Geoffrey Rush imdb board and, well, I've been converted. Gah. Floaty you say? I should talk with her. I remember being freaked out by him when I saw Les Miserables, but I was also, like, 11 years old. I should rent that tomorrow for my Geoffrey Rush movie marathon.
10) When I saw it again, I began saying, "NOOO, JAMES!" I kind of really wanted him and Elizabeth to get together. Ack, I love that movie so much.
