You make me enjoy horror&macabre photographs. That's amazing.
The focus being on your lips (with this one, subtle droplet of such clear blood!!) is perfect. I mean, if you had focused on the bandage on the throat, it wouldn't make me feel so astonished. And it wouldn't be this great either.
The fact that I can see "blood" between your teeth is just another reason for me to love the photo.
And the bandage coming all the way to, and covering, your chin is fantastic as well, because it makes the whole photo look somehow more natural... Like the throat was too devastated to put bandage on it only. Or something along these lines.
Anyway, that's just plain great. Oh, no, without the "plain" part! It's GREAT in capitals.

I like the way the blood is only on the bottom teeth, and not the top, that's a nice touch.

Is that a razor in your throat or just a random piece of metal? ...sorry for asking stupid questions, but I can really see it

It is the clip that holds a tensor bandage together, usually there is two, but you can only see one here - I'm not sure if you use them where you are, or are familiar with them, but it's for sprains and whatnot, the metal clips have little tabs on them that hold the elastic bandage closed.
