Description This was really quickly thrown together. Much like Rime in my Scrapbook I just kinda wanted to keep sketching, but it started to turn out better than expected so I gave it a cursory cleaning and a very, very simple coloring job.

This is Corsair Woman, an OC Robot Master of .  I'm not terribly experienced with drawing such... voluptuous women, but it's her design. There's a lot of details for the design that I left off. Her dress is missing, as is her hat.  Why? Well... let's go with the excuse that she took them off because she 'didn't want to get blood on them'. Yeah. I like that excuse. And that might look like an 1700s Flintlock pistol, but it's actually a modern weapon designed to look like a Flintlock pistol, as she is a pirate gal, and thus, runs with the motif.

I like it! She looks all battle mode and stuff without the extra clothing. Like... maybe she had to discard her frilly clothes to narrowly escape a lethally cunning and precise attack. Nice work!

Anyway, I always find it cool to happen to make something extra cool while doodling aimlessly.

It's true. Still, though, the clothing is an intricate part of her design, and I feel leaving it 'off' like this really takes away from that. Still, every time I tried to add it on it felt like I was ruining the sketch, and I couldn't figure out why, so I just left it.

Oh I've had many times like that. Don't know if it's the same as yours. But sometimes, I like the "nude dummy" sketch so much, trying to detail it feels like ruining it. Like... you want to show certain aspects of the pose that you really like, but putting the costume over it would just hide it or lessen its effect or something. It's times like those that remind me to just skip with the nude model phase. Sometimes... it just feels more natural to design a pose around the clothes / doodads instead of the person, if that makes any sense.  I go all... "oh screw correct anatomy! If it looks cool, I'm going with it!".

She is a woman that always welcomes a new style. It works! Even the older weapons, she is an older robot too with an even older theme. Her home was about as authentic to the time period as it could be considering there were robots running around as attractions. I actually like this look, I can imagine a reploid version of her too looking very similar to this, minus the dress, a saber and flintlock.

I wanted to give her a 'captain's longcoat' modeled after her dress but every time I tried to add it on it interfered with the base sketch and I was worried if I went too far I'd ruin it, so I stuck with the frame. Maybe I'll try again sometime when I'm feeling particularly daring.

Thanks! It's not perfect (I think I stretched the figure a bit too much) but I liked it well enough to color it.

Ooh, I like the design she has here (I'm sure Doll wouldn't mind). I can see how it would be difficult to fight with that large dress of hers. At least this allows more movement.

Been meaning to draw her for some time now, but all those little details in her design really get to me in getting it done.

I don't blame you. Her hair alone is intimidating. It was actually the fact that her hair came out looking halfway decent that convinced me to go a little more 'in-depth'.

It's a lovely sketch! I quite like it. Corsair Woman is definitely a very interesting Robot Mistress.

Thanks, Lilac. It's... very simplified, not doing her design full justice, but here it is, I guess. XD

Well, never actually paid much attention to her design until you drew her. I do like the idea of her starting out as an old robot that got upgraded (looks eerily at flotation devices) but it's nice to have another Pirate design aside from the blocky Pirate man. hope you do more fan characters.

Yeah I went a little overboard with the ... flotations but hey it was fun at the time I came up with this. xD I LOVE Pirateman and all of his blockyness. My favorite from that game honestly.

Yeah, usually drawing such things is weird for me. In retrospect, I should've left on more of the details and drawn the dress. I was just sketching though and didn't want to go into anything really complicated.
