Description
People disable comments for many reasons.
Yes, It can be annoying when you really wish to
comment on someone's artwork, and the comments are disabled.
But some artist don't want to deal with all the comments.
Especially if they're sharing their opinion and don't
want an argument.
And perhaps it's better that way,
And then again, maybe it's not.
Oh Well :/
You can't do anything if they are disabled...
What's done is done. Get over it.
