Except for, of course, when Trekkies omit the Death Star, and the Super Star Destroyer, too. This really did happen once. But my pro-Star Wars AND Star Trek boyfriend pointed out the hypocrisy of including the largest Star Trek ships and structures but leaving out the largest from Star Wars (even if you do say the Death Star is a space ship and thus doesn't count, the Super Star Destroyer is still by far bigger than anything from Star Trek).

OK, I haven't actually done the ST vs SW thing in a while but my conclusion was that in terms of industrial capacity and sheer firepower Star Wars wins.
But consider, by the 29th century the Federation will have become powerful enough to literally erase the Galactic Empire (and the Whole Republic from history).
