16x13AcrylicI've been practicing painting diffrent looking trees, trying to come up with something that looks good, for a big cool project coming up soon.
I'll share when it's done in a few weeks.

Haha, well I eat a lot when I'm painting.
So maybe it's some kind of a subliminal message type thing.

big cool project eh? a yummy pink tree? hmm i'm trying to add things up. hehe. WHAT IS IT? dammit, when you leave people hanging they get a lot more curious. nice painting, well thought of colors.

Haha, I'll put it up when it's done. But it's for sure the biggest project size wise I've ever done.
I just don't want to say much until I know exactly what it is myself and how its going to turn out.

wowwow, I really like this. I especially like the subtile fadeing orange in the BG. It seems that paints can blend in funny ways, but for some reason (I can't put my finger on it), I really like how you did it!

This stands out from what you usually make for some reason - I suppose because it's not a person. I really like how you've done the trunk of the tree, and it seems really rich and vibrant with the starburst effect in the tree's blossom.

Yeah it was weird painting something besides people or animals.
But if I'm going to do what I'm planning on....I need to be able to paint trees decently. Haha
