The ever so polite, soft spoken, friendly and care free Akabane Kuroudo (a.k.a. Doctor Jackal) from Get Backers. Finally after drawing so many stupid kitty-cat pictures, here's my real picture of him that I swore I was doing. X3;

I never got to finish reading GB (ony got to volume 4, I know XD ) but I think he is indeed an interesting character. I never thought such a guy would look beautiful and sexy in a rain of blood. Really, good job. You captured his innocent, but really evil looking smile.
