Hello there, lords and ladies, and welcome to purin-it-knightly's newest drawing tutorial!
Sure, I'm no professional, but if you ever wonder how I draw anything, just give me a shout and I'll make a tutorial like this to explain my process step by step!
Let's draw some feet. (there are 3 different procedures for 4 common positions, all are of a right foot)
1. The feet will be drawn in four positions. Th first step is to make a rough outline of the foot. Feet are wider near the front and sort of trapezoid shaped; imagine a plane on the inner edge of the foot. Don't let the inner edge cross this line.
2. Now that you have the asymmetric shape down, round out the edges and imagine two shapes making up the ends of the 3D form: one in the front and one in the half. The front one narrows on the outer side while the back one is pretty much a sphere.
3. Now outline the shape of the toe closest to you you. Also note that the outer edge of the foot has a shallow arc while the inner edge of the foot has a deeper arch.
4. Now add the rest of the toes from those furthest to those closest to you, the direction denoted by the arrow. You can also outline tendons connecting the shin muscle to the front of the foot, the toes to the main part of the foot, and the calf to the heel. Finally, outline the bumps on the outside and inside of the foot made by the fibula and tibia.
Also, remember, feet don't really have a joint in them so all of the vending happens in your heel and where the toes meet the foot. The final picture in of the top view of a foot: it's not a common thing to draw :/

Also, the great thing about drawing feet is that you can always look at your own for reference.
