(the only clarification I will put here for the rules is that the Bugs, once caught, will return to the stage and wait with others caught by the same trainer. They don't just hand over the ribbon. That's why they have to be present for the judging, since they are the ones who give their ribbon to the judge)

As for why the pokespeech stops being translated. Eh, I decided that in cases where it isn't important for readers to know what they're saying, plus Nagrom isn't quite paying attention, I just don't need to write it out. I hope that might help people figure out that Nagrom still cannot understand them, and sometimes just doesn't need to work through translating to know the intent of their words (also forces me to work harder on showing said intent via body language, considering it's vitality to understanding them)
