Cool. Nice work. Merchip looks cool. The flesh tone tail looks a little odd, but not enough to not make it cool. It's different. Maybe in a good way.

I hate the "half fish" tail. Makes more sense for a sea mammal to have a streamlined body, like a dolphin or a whale. Although he does have some apparent fishy elements in his fins and gills and such, they're smaller.
