Sunflower (also known here on DA as Youryo) of the illustrious L'Mars/L'Arcraft imbroglio. I don't know what to call it... series (not on TV... yet [a guy can hope] ), epic (oh pretentious), comic (not just that though...), thingy? What I do know is that I get far too much joy from and spend far too much time drawing Youryo. AKA Sunflower, Sunflower Cherrybrook. Because emasculating names are all the vogue.
For those just tuning in now, Youryo/Sunflower is a Sea Witch (fancy name for a shoggoth!) who lives on Mars (which the Martians call Ptah). This little shoggling is my very favouritest character evar and i have recently completed a costume of him as well! I must say I look pretty darn good in it, though pics may not be forthcoming.
This picture isn't set at any particular time in the story (though not '87 because his face is all healthy and filled out, na) but it is for my conceptual design class... and you all get to see it! Wish me well over the weekend, midterms are coming up!
