hi!! what's a good way to find a "square" pose? like, a pose where you can see the character clearly, and it fits in the 500x500 / 50x50 canvas? i see lots of icons with very dynamic and fluid poses and whenever i try to make a pixel icon they come out stiffΒ Β

oooo thats a tough one to explain! I usually end up trying compact poses, if that makes sense. keep the arms and legs close to the body, or if you want them stretched out, make sure the head and tail take up equal space so you get a square. It kinda comes with practice aaah
