Well, its ability is to stick to walls inside dark buildings. It's related to the smoker but more...um....dang I need a word, but yeah.
The attacks is by grabbing them with their tongues while standing on the ceiling and spray poison gas to a survivor.
Once dead, poison gas spreads so you need to get out of it quickly.
