Ninja Spy maybe just look like a black reskinned spy but the fact that he's a "crafted" being with the ingredients of a blu and red ninja spy forged with a rocket's engine fire, and bad ass skills with the use of two shahanshahs or buschwackas, and the way 69Starmix96 presented the character through gmod, I'm just "wow"I guess a key to making an OC being charismatic is the way you execute the character through situations
I guess I could say I like him more than CBS :T
