This is pretty much PERFECT. I love the smoothness of the blends of colors and tones with the shades. The rain is a huge challenge for almost anyone I know, even myself, though I haven't tried in a long time. The contrast of darks and lights are magnificent. The background fits very well with the drawing of the characters. I remember going on your tumblr to see a couple of your progress capture shots, and I must say, you have the skills of art.
Overall, I love this piece. One of my favorites of your gallery.
