The random green stem really annoyed me so I decided let's just make it all pretty and pink, maybe I should have entered this in the think pink contest instead I've decided to enter this into CSynder's beauty contest because I'm bored. You can read more about this contest in his journal [link]

I don't think that it's ' beautiful ', more ' pretty ' so I'll try and make an actual deviation to represent my thoughts and feelings later. Until then, I thought I'd put this piece to some use I want to see how you interpret it before I say anything hehehe but I was just trying out different tools in Photoshop and exploring with the paintbrush, nothing special really.

Sorry for not replying to everyone and thanking people for favs and such but I'm not on for a long time so I don't really do much, just wanted to upload something new so you guys don't get bored :/ Sorry if it's not that great.

All comments, criticism and favourites and greatly appreciated, especially the constructives ones because I would like to learn from my mistakes and get better.

Excellent work as always.

I like how she seems to be blending into the background.

The only thing that i would change in the picture myself is getting rid of the pieces of hair that are flying out from the sides as they are a little distracting.

Great makeup as well

aww stop you'll make me blush only kidding but thanks muchly Distracting how so? I can accept your point but I don't really understand it. If someone was lying on a bed it would be a bit inconceivable to have their hair remain perfect, that's why there are stray hairs coming out of the main bulk of her hair as well to reflect this. Futhermore don't you think that the fact that the pieces if hair 'flying out of the sides' as it were may have a purpose? I'll have to admit that it's the execution of the idea that's at fault here, I'm sorry I'll have to work on it again once I get better

OK. You make a good point with the hair , that it wouldn't be perfect, however if you were laying on the bed the same point could be used to say that the hair is to perfect, as it seems to me it would be flayed out everywhere.

eh? Do you think I should add more hair strands then? Basically I just draw hair bad but I see what you mean. Just having the model their though makes her look just like a stock image and so still, tried to make it like painted realism but ahh well, I'll get it right eventually.
