This drawing is part of the series of Blackhaven Anomalies. This series illustrating the general threats, hauntings, and strange occurrences that plague the dark corrupted world of the alternate Blackhaven Institution.
This Blackhaven anomaly haunts both the Nursery and Orphan wings in the dark halls of the alternate Blackhaven Institution. The upside down specters of nurses that perished on the day of the fire can be found suspended above the ground, appearing without warning nor sound...

Also, I'd imagine Inverted Nurses similar to the one on the far left appearing mostly in the Nursery Wing, the ones on the far right appearing in the Orphan Wing, and the MMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMM Nurses appearing in the Hospital Wing, which is overrun with them.

That's such a surreal and frightening image. The thought of encountering these things is terrifying. I also like that you didn't go overboard with making their faces too distorted. Simple burns are much more effective.

Totally! Although, the first Silent Hill had some great Doctors and Nurses that are unfortunately always so overlooked. Those big squirming backs are pretty damn frightening.
