You open your eyes coughing as you are engulfed by a thick haze with a familiar smell, you are stricken with fear and shock as a grotesque vision appears out of the smoke, its physical appearance disturbs you greatly as you glance at all its features,you notice three infants infused into its chest gagging and coughing with expressions of discomfort as they cry inhaling and exhaling the smoke as the unpleasant being puts it's cigarette into one of their mouths, you start to feel a sense of misery and sorrow as you can only imagine the tragedy that could of created such a horrendous being. Your fear slowly begins to turn into sympathy as you notice the expression of misery on its face,the tears of blood dripping down its pale cheeks,its wheezing which is riddled with suffering,and listen to the crys of the three infants tormented by the smoke. Sympathy soon turns into anger as you cannot comprehend why it causes its own suffering at the cost of the innocent and dependent others its bears. Is it blind to pain it is causes to these three infants or a slave to toxic aroma of the smoke...

This tragic and horrific being represents the complications that can be caused by smoking and second hand smoke. She was once human, an ignorant parent who ignored the possible consequences of smoking as they did seemed not to affect her, but plagued the lives of her young children causing health problems in two of them varying from pneumonia to bronchitis, tragically one's life was taken prematurely due to health complications. She could not stop as the addiction was strong and she craved the feeling. One day in a horrible fire believed to be caused by a cigarette the family perished and the mothers terrible guilt morphed her into a visually unpleasant entity who holds the burden of her children as she uncontrollably consumes the smoke that causes their suffering,now feeling the afflictions of smoking,but cannot stop as she is a slave to the addiction. For now she wanders trapped in a purgatory of smoke, occasionally appearing to people as a warning and haunts the nightmares of those who's habits and mentality are reflections of her previous self...
