Description
A mid-time supervillain with a 6.4 out of 10 on ADAPT's Threat Level. Jim Nazaryan, code name Scale, is a career criminal wanted for armed robbery, kidnapping, murder, destruction of property, disturbing the peace. He has a good sense of knowing which way the wind blows in a situation, and when to cut his losses to fight another day, making him dangerous in his slippery nature and prolonged criminal activity. Scale has Aural Application masteries in Fortification (bulletproof skin), Grappling (adept grappler/weapons user), and Healing (high regenerative factor), making him almost impossible for most non-Astral Drifters to even contend with without a plan.

Scale's Astral Drift is "Newton's Joker". Whatever his black arm touches becomes light and brittle, allowing him to easily rip chunks out of the environment, pick up and toss heavy objects, or pop even a superpowered man's head like a grape. His white arm makes what he touches heavy and dense, turning paper into indestructible blades, or making someone so heavy they cannot even hold themselves up to fight anymore. He is able to swap the properties of his arms on the fly, and this is a trick he often uses late in a fight in order to catch an opponent off guard for a killing grip.
