Yes.
I sketch it in a regular graphite pencil, then ink the lines with a fine pen, then colour and shade with colour pencils, do some bits with a highlighter pencil, and finally ink it a second time with a black fibre tip.

Just finished reading all of the 'Divine Image' comics. They're absolutely brilliant. So brilliant that they finally persuaded me to join Deviantart so I could comment- this is my first.
Anyway, I think this one is my favorite so far, even though I know it already... I just love this scene so much. My second favorite is probably #6.

although... isn't hoborg's head brown? In the beginning of the good ending (in the castle) his colors are more easy to determine, but after re-watching the entire good ending his head looks more red, especially when he says 'It is now time to GOOF OFF!' but, ultimately, isn't his head brown? o.0 -confuzzled-

it wouldd be funny if the next page had Kleo teaching herself to go against Klogg by 1st learning how to lie and no matter what she keeps failing until later.... like when Jim Carrey tried to lie on what color the pen was and ended up writing on himself

Hm, well, about the colours, I think Hoborg's reds do differ slightly... but I'm not sure why that is and usually, Hoodians are all just plain red. So... I just tend to overlook it in favour of standard red all over... no idea of the small difference was really intentional... :/
Oh, and besides., he wouldn't be dying just yet... just... evicted, sorta.
