After all this time, I finally decided to put a profile for Azusa together

Age: 16

A Brief Background/History:

Azusa grow up in a poor family with her dad (Hiro), her mom (Fujiko), and her sister (Miyuki). Azusa was younger than Miyuki by several years, so Miyuki helped their mom take care of Azusa. When Azusa was still very young, Miyuki and Azusa's parents separated. Miyuki went to live with her mom and Azusa continued to live with her dad. The separation was very "ugly". Azusa's dad had prevented Azusa from keeping in contact with her mom and sister. Fujiko began using her maiden name Ishige, and Miyuki changed her family name to Ishige.

Hiro who had intended to pass the family secrets of dimensional travel and sight to Miyuki, ended up teaching Azusa these powers. Miyuki had only learned a portion of them before the separation. After training Azusa for 5 years, Hiro started to work over-seas and rarely came home to Neo-Japan. So, Azusa was effectively without a family.

Around this time, the new Powerful Maidens fought a foe that they referred to as "The Harbinger". After several battles, The Harbinger was defeated once and for all. The sword that The Harbinger wielded was then hidden deep underground because if mishandled could cause global problems (i.e. open a dimensional rift to a black hole). Once buried, the sword started calling out to Azusa, because it sensed that she had dimensional powers similar to it. Azusa eventually used her powers to find and claim the sword.

Several years later, Azusa now in Ichikawa High School (rival school to Arland Academy) has a chance meeting with her sister on the streets. Azusa and Miyuki immediately reestablish their bonds and try to makeup on lost time. Unfortunately, their mom had died of a medical complication a couple years before they meet again. Miyuki has since been a great influence on Azusa in being the family that she really needs in her life.

Personality:

Azusa is generally an honest and reliable person. However, she has a hair trigger temper that tends to make a bad situation worse. She can get grumpy and mad very quickly over small things. However, she had been getting better at not flying off the handle as much as she used to. This is thank to Miyuki's influence on her. She is also very competitive, especially when it comes to playing tennis.
