I like Derpy's Just As Planned face on the last panel...
Anyway, you say you want critique sooooooooo:
-The proportions are a bit wonky, especially on Carrots in the fifth panel.
-Derpy's eyes seem too low in the sixth.
-Derpy's right foreleg in the fourth seems far too skinny.
-The perspective is just off on Carrots in the third panel and her mouth appears to have turned into a beak.
Honestly though, you show a lot of promise with this piece. You have repetition of static objects (the tree) without copy pasting and you try out a lot of different perspectives in every panel and that's NOT an easy task, especially with the way these ponies are designed. Keep on keeping on!

1) Yeah now that you mention it I see what you mean - top half of back leg too long, bottom half too short, front legs too skinny...

3) The part where her shoulder is? most of her foreleg is obscured by the bottom part of the leg, though it does look a bit funny
4) yeah those back legs got a bit wonky
