I adopted this little fella from *MissPh0enix . He was so cute I just had to have him! I think I might name him Poe. So expect some art of him from me in the future.Character belongs to me.

Ah, its like a ghostly dog that shines a light in the dark places. Have you read the Neil Gaiman/Yoshitaka Amano graphic novel, The Dream Hunters? It has the same feeling as this this character portrays.

Yeah, originally I was thinking just to name him Ghost or Gheist but I think I like "Poe" best. No, I have not read that- it sound interesting though.

I had to go pull my copy off the shelf and look through it again. Such a good graphic novel. The leading character in the novel is a kitsune fox who loves a priest very much and essentially goes to the netherworld with the help of the Night King (aka The Sandman) to save the priest. I think the reason that this image you posted reminded me of the book and the art is that it has those soft lines of shading that are reminiscent of some of Amano's brushwork. Actually, I should also make a comment on Missph0enix' page as well.
