Yes, well he's technically my bf's but he is has the run of the house so he is basically the family dog lol.  I'm sorry for your loss , they are great dogs!

Definitely, I love northern breeds in general.    I wish I had the room and the money for another dog, I'd get a female malamute.

Northern breeds seem to be closer on the genetic tree to the wolves.
