Description
A piece I did for a project coming out next year. This will be chapter art for a prose story in an anthology titled "Sword and Soul". The concept of the book is to highlight African based fantasy. My piece is of "The Three Faced One" story by Charles R. Saunders. EXCELLENT story. And I'm not even just saying that, this is a really good story.The main character is called Imaro and he's the star of a few books written by Mr Sanders. Do yourself a favor and put them on your list.

The foreshortening on the leg of the guy at the bottom right looks a bit overdone; the closer leg looks way too thick even when considering exaggeration. Outside of that though, this is incredible. The composition is tight and you've got a great eye for detail and anatomy as always.

I don't know man...the reason I've been skipping the meetings is because a lot has changed for me over the last few months. Got promoted at work, so I'm doing a lot more during the day and got less time for art during the day, which means I end up having to pile all of my school work on the weekends. I can't even remember the last time I left the house on a Saturday or Sunday for anything other than hitting the supermarket or going to church. I'm glued to my computer most of the time. But I still get the emails, and I didn't forget.
