gift for ~Hioko-Itsuko β₯! ^^This is for her being such an awesome chicalalady ;D
I'm scared I might have gotten the outfit wrong. Oh yeh! Sorry, Hioko, but I changed the shoes because the original design wasn't complying with the picture (and I loved the original shoes...but they really didn't like me much T3T;; )
She doesn't look enough like she's blowin' bubbles.. >3>;; sh*t, well, I'll have to work on that then, won't I? ;D
time: 3hours (+10mins sketching?)

the obligatory aside, ranting about colours?: well! I decided to go with a full on black instead of a faux black, and I'm glad I did, 'cause I think I like this effect much better than I would have using a black substitute. Personally, I like how bold it looks against the pink.

you tend to get colour blending perfectly. perfect for your style. i love the skin shading. and the boldness of the black and hot pink hue works well against the careful blending of the skin and bubbles and the simple and smooth background. i don't know why, but it reminds me of licorice. if licorice could ever taste sweet. lol.
