This is part one of a two-page joke (it's inked/coloured/done at my blog). I still feel awkward about uploading comic stuff here 'cause I'm such a 'noob' (lol; you kids and your hip, young, slang words) XD;
euh...although, honestly, this is more of a notice than a deviation

thanks!! I was worried about the colours being too much (I really like bright colours, but I tend to stick to 'safe/neutral/boring colours' lol). I'm glad you like them.

One concrit:
You may want to make the transition of time/other location a bit more obvious. Perhaps by using different hues, tones or colors to taht of the present time/present location? Or maybe by making the tear in between the panels a bit more drastic.
This is just talking from what I learned in class. But have clear that I LOOOOVED it
Take this as advice from a friend that wants you to be even better

I'm glad you mentioned it! I think I generally have a problem with pacing and I couldn't figure out how to solve it (trial and error method! haha). Usually it's fine in the sketch then as I add/change things while inking and colouring I mess up the pacing.
I'll definitely pay attention to stuff like that in future (and hopefully figure out the best way to fix it in this comic)!
I think it's difficult because that second layer of panels on the second page is odd to "break up", but it NEEDS to be broken up to fix the pacing!!
I like your suggestion about changing the tones though. So I'll probably try something with that.
