Rather quick job, didn't want to spend too much time as to clean it up proper would take quite a while longer - it's a very messy sketch.

Again, the uniforms are of the 76th's Europian Urban palette. The flags on the sleeves of Levet/Sasha are something of a tradition for the 76th Medicorps, originally as a way to easily identify the inflow of non-British troops to British Army divisions. They show the country of birth of the wearer - Levet's being South Africa, and Sasha's being Austraila. The flags are usually somewhat simplified to easier fit the sleeve.
