Well I've desided to to a set of refrence images for each of the races in my fictional world.This is the averige female gnoll. There are a number of images of pre-apocalypse and a couple of pics of a post-apocalyptic gnoll character. More info on the gnoll race can be found in thier descriptions.

Well one fine day I awoke and decided I would try my hand a drawing something that didn't have scales. Hyenas are awesome so I tried one. It turns out that it looked good.
I liked drawing something different for once. After a few Lion King arts I then thought that hyena hybreds would be cool super-soldiers. Stuff washed arround my croun for a bit and I decided to add them as a race to my fictional world.
Hyenas are just such fun creatures to draw so I drew a number of images to explore the anatomy and personality of them. Try to flesh them out as a race.
I will get back to the good ol' scalys soon enough but right now I'm having fun drawing something fuzzy.
As for calling them Gnolls, that is a recent thing. I figured that the race needed a name an Gnoll is the standard name for hyena-men.
