She smiles politely
“How are you today?”
“Very well thank you!”
Prancing herself back to her Winnie the Pooh room.
The sky was blue
Just like her pyjamas
Hanging off her child like frame
She smiles politely
“How are you today?”
“Very well thank you!”
Prancing herself to her Little Mermaid bathroom
Without a warning
The girl collapsed
She had not eaten that day
She smiles silently

You really should look into taking inspirational literature if/when you hit college. The newspapers and shit would scoop you up FAST. I dunno, just a thought.
I could seriously imagine ... five years from now ... coming across a book in Borders/Barnes and Nobles and finding a compilation of poetry authored by you.

They do, yessum! Typically they'll collect the works of student - artwork, photography, poetry, stories ... and stick it in a 'Review' or semester art magazine. Good way to get attention. Also, there are internships for photography, artwork, literary places ...
The whole hospitalization thing was ... well ... I got sick with the flue last week. About two days after I started taking meds, there was some insane blood loss ... my anemia decided to come kick my ass again and I kept blacking out at like 2AM.
Blood pressure: 85/54. Whoo.
On iron meds now ... bleh.

I get dizzy spells like that all the time. >.< Low blood sugar my mom says- self diagnosed hypoglycemia lol.

I don't like to 'critique' poetry this personal because it is so personal but... This is such a haunting account of your experience, simply told and sensitive. It feels sore, like a fading bruise, which is perhaps how it feels for you. I love how the childhood imagery contrasts so harshly with the ending. It is colourful but very bleak at the same time. x

Bad case of head rush? Where your sense of balance is lost, and you vision temporarily goes black, except for this strange discolored static of a TV with bad reception, sometimes impairing sight sometimes blocking it completely.
That's about the worst case of a head rush i've ever heard of...even got hospitalized for it...DAMN!
I always find it funny that i could recover easiest form those just by sitting back down.

And yeah.. they're really easy to get control of.
It's quite fun.. at that point if i argued with my mother or got too heated up i would get all dizzy
Its quite a challenge to carry on an argument whilst standing in the middle of the room with nothing to hold onto and look like you cant see the person in front of you vibrating and going black

well i haven't...just thought that that's what your piece was about.
And if it happens in the middle of a room just sit and stare at the floor or ceiling (and enjoy the funny looks you get afterwards).
