"The legend of the King of Thieves is one known by all without question. However, there is also tale only little are aware of, of his rivals, referred to simply as The Aces. Queens in their own right, and by far two of the best bandits to ever surface in the Makai, but the moniker of 'Queen' never stuck to either of them. 'Queen' would imply compliance and subservience to the King, whereas disobedience and insubordination were more their style.

One Red, one Black, of Hearts and Spades. The Ace of Hearts was tall, serpentine, eyes like that of the gold she so coveted. And she was red, red, red, red as passion, as fire, as the blood that spouted from all the throats and flesh she'd delight in piercing her blades through. The Ace of Spades was smaller, slighter, but far more deadly. Eyes green as emeralds, yet always cloaked in black - of cloth shrouding her shoulders, of mercy shown to no one, of soul pitted deep inside her chest. The two vastly dissimilar, but their differences aiding to bring them together, each complementing the other to create an alliance observed by few and feared by all. It is said that there were times when even the Great King and his Knave were afraid of the two, in their own ways.

Or so the story goes."

this literally just started as me wanting to draw something for RiRi and also Nat's weapons since I never had before and NOW LOOK WHAT HAPPENED
