Wow. There's a lot to love about this piece.

1) Not default Shep.
2) Not not default but white by default Shep.
3) Not default 'thin and not even scrawny' Shep.

Your Shep looks like she could handle herself. Her expression alone plays towards that, but her physical build works with the notion too. I don't really like jumping up and down when I find a non-white Shep but alas, I really do feel that representation matters so... I do. It's important to me that Shep can be anyone. Not that I don't love people working with the default, it's just... this sort of piece lends the opportunity to say "And hey look people who look like *her* can be smart, heroic, diplomatic, unrelenting, brave too" [of course the biggest thing is her being *not default male* in that regard, but sexism isn't the only problem in the world now, is it?]

Anyway. It's also just a lovely little piece. It's always nice to see fans who really appreciate the notion of 'dancing together'. I think it's sweet! You've done Garrus pretty well too, it has to be said. And the way he's looking at her, well it'd give me pleasant shivers if I were her. Nice work!
