In this case, I found a bird beak that fit, cut out the top and bottom of the mouth of the model and shaped it to fit around the beak, then used a bunch of Dodge/Burn, lighting and color layers on top

Intense is putting it lightly lol o.o my first thought was "omg that looks so excruciating. Her like, whole face is peeling back over the beak" lol
