If I had to pick an eeveelution, either vaporeon or umbreon. Probably vaporeon. If the whole range of Pokemon were available, probably zoroark or hydreigon (to keep with the three-head motif)

Well, vaporeon for the rubbery look and water connection. I AM a part-time pooltoy, after all. I just like the appearance of umbreon and zoroark, and I don't think either are quite as cliched a transformation subject as lucario has become at this point. Finally, I'm a ridiculous multifur, so anything with three heads is going to get my approval.

Vaporeon is my favorite Eeveelution when not considering battle usage for the same reasons you mentioned, plus melting. And don't worry, I'm about as bad with multi as Huntinsnake has shades of (nine-headed, three-tailed, and six-armed hydra taur with extra everything, for example).
