Description
This is an assignment for my Survey of Sequential Art class. The objective was to create a mock comic page in the style of an artist we each chose at the beginning of the quarter. My artist is Evan Dahm, the amazing mind behind Rice Boy . I hope I did him justice!There's no story to this really. How do I story

The thing about your pieces is that you don't have to specify a story. They just fuel the imagination. In my mind this character is traveling across an abandoned landscape, learning what he can from different towers of knowledge left behind an age ago.

Boone is such a nice place. I always enjoy visiting. I considered going to App if I couldn't do SCAD or MICA for what ever reason. Seems liek a good place, and the art department appears to be better than a lot of other schools.
Pff no. My boyfriend is doing Criminal Justice, my best friend is doing communications or some other language thing, and I'm not sure what two of my other friends there are doing, since i don't talk to them as much as I'd like. I have one friend who went to SCAD, but she's at SCAD Hong Kong, so obviously I haven't seen her D:

Oh yeah, it really is though! I'm way jealous that you got the opportunity to go to SCAD; I hope it lives up to/exceeds your expectations!
The art department at App was really close-knit and everyone from the graphic designers to the painters to the metals kids all knew each other and had great adventures together! Not to mention a steady stream of great art comes out of it, but that can be said for a lot of places I guess.
Oh cool, I had a friend who graduated from the criminal justice dept. I haven't heard from him in ages but from what I understand he's doing good work on the police force.
SCAD Hong Kong sounds fuckin' heavenly. I've always wanted to go to an out-of-country art college... might look into that for grad school when I decide I can afford to do that :I
