A mi es el vinagre lo que siempre me ha echado para atrás, entonces en mi casa hacian mayonesa sin vinagre, porque a mi abuela tampoco le gustaba, y una vez que te acostumbras a esa...es como el gazpacho, que tambien me lo hacian sin vinagre
